Does Olympic Physiotherapy require a doctor’s referral?

A referral is helpful but not necessary for our clinic

Will I see the same physiotherapist each time?

We recommend seeing the same Physiotherapist for ongoing treatment but each Physio has different strengths and styles.

Am I able to claim my physiotheraphy session thru MSP?

Yes! We do direct billing with MSP. There is a patient fee of only $20.00

What are your covid-19 protocols?

We have maintained safe covid protocols and will continue to screen, sanitize, minimize contact and limit patients in the clinic at one time.

Do you bill directly to my insuarance?

We are happy to do direct billing with most health insurers. With the few exceptions able to be manually submitted by the patient.

What is IMS?

Also known as Dry needling, IMS is the insertion of thin needles to release myofascial trigger points (knots in the muscle). This will relax the muscle and reset a point of tension.

What is your cancelation policy?

Our cancellation policy is 24 hours, after this time frame there is a $25 cancellation fee. This gives us time to fill the gap in a physiotherapists day.
