Restore movement and function
to find your comfort

Our services.

Most people feel better when they really understand their condition, that’s why we always take the time to fully explain the source of the issue and the appropriate treatment plan. Our therapy services include:

Acupuncture

A method of treatment based on an ancient tradition. Acupuncture uses the same needles as IMS but is much less intense during its application.

Manual Therapy

We pride ourselves on the time we spend with our clients in one-on-one hands-on care. This can include: massage, myofascial release, joint mobilizations or manipulations. All these techniques are designed to get you moving again.

IMS (Intramuscular Stimulation)/Functional Dry Needling

A modern therapy that uses acupuncture needles to stimulate and treat tight painful muscles. It is intense and highly effective.

Exercise & Sport Specific Workouts

The goal of our therapy is to help you achieve active independence. Specific exercise allows you to take control of your own health and mobility beyond your time in care.

Core Stabilization Routines

Having strength and control in the deep muscles that support your spine is crucial to recovering from and preventing further injury. We take the time so you get it right.

Post Surgical Rehabilitation

Improved surgical techniques have greatly reduced rehabilitation times following surgery. Proper treatment of inflammation and appropriate exercises will get you moving faster than ever before.

Taping

This is not your father’s old hockey tape. Modern taping supports injured structures, guides proper movement and facilitates motor re-education. If you have recently watched any high-level athletic competition from the Olympics to Wimbledon, you have seen modern taping in action.

Fascial Stretch Therapy

FST is a type of stretch therapy that focuses on the fascia, the connective tissue system, throughout the body. By performing this assisted stretch therapy, the therapist works through all layers of the fascia while restoring normal muscle function.
